Clinical Observation on the Postnatal Care

Abstract
|
|
|
Introduction:
These researches have been originated from 312 women who delivered baby in the attached hospital of Medical College, Choongnam National University. Taking 85 examples to objects of study, occasionally until delivery after a pregnancy, one would iniscalculate that taking a care before childbirth might finish all the courses, so that dealing with negligence of puerperal care may cause one postnatal complication.
In order to prevent such complication the following analytic researches will be given:
1) Postnatal care as well as prenatal care in Korea will need more and more enlightenment and education for them.
2) Postnatal care will be regarded as more important than ever before, because the delay if the contraction and retraction of uterine muscle and observation of lochia will prevent one from postpartum hemorrhage, and inflammation before hand.
3) One must have nurses perform general hygine care after childbirth well according to parts, making, a through performance of education to the patients which belongs to the function of nurses, so that one can acquire sources capable of getting knowledge for the postnatal care, and can perform better education.
4) Postnatal care will be able to present one postnatal complication.
